Welcome to Mindfulness and Compassion for All! 

Maxine Swisa is an experienced educator, facilitator, and author who has a Fortune 1000 background. She has been involved in educational instruction, curriculum development, and training for over 30 years. Maxine is passionate about enhancing our communication skills in order to facilitate greater collaboration, and understanding. She is the author of BREATHE, Positive Attitude Handbook and a contributing author in a book about executive leadership.

Ms. Swisa's most recent book, BREATHE, is an easy to follow self-care guide for reducing stress and achieving mindfulness in daily life. Centered around the acronym B.R.E.A.T.H.E (breathe, reflect, empathize, accept, thank, hearten, and engage), the book draws upon the wisdom of spiritual teachers, including the Dalai Lama and Deepak Chopra, and the lessons the author has learned from her own life.
