This comprehensive course focuses on mindfulness, stress-reduction, compassion, understanding, and community building through individual and group experiential and reflective activities.

Intercultural Training
We interact with people from diverse backgrounds on a regular basis. Through the exploration of personal and group cultural identity, including similarities and differences, we gain greater insights into cross-cultural and interpersonal understanding.

This courses teaches participants important, practical skills for navigating the business world, including vocabulary, understanding verbal and non-verbal cues, and successful interview techniques.

Conflict Mediation
Working through conflict is a valuable skill to develop for both professional and personal reasons. By following basic guidelines that include active listening techniques and the use of "I" statements, participants learn how to use conflict resolution techniques to improve interpersonal relationships.

Compassionate Communication
Every human being has challenges and moments of struggle in their lives. When we begin to understand this as part of the "human condition" and our interconnectedness with each other, we are able to feel more empathy toward others and treat each other with greater compassion.This workshop focuses on the use of language that fosters more compassionate communication in relationships, both personally and professionally.

Relaxation and Stress Reduction

Participants learn practical techniques to relax and reduce stress through breath work, visualization, and movement.

Most of us have experienced moments of true understanding, when we  understood someone or felt understood by someone.
